Reflexes, Learning & Vision Therapy
Vision Therapists and Optometrists will learn about primitive & postural reflexes, Neuro-Motor & Sensory Immaturity (NMSI), the impact of NM&SI on learning and implications for vision therapy. These are foundational for the development of visual function and visual information processing.
One of the Body to Brain Learning Professional Development Series presented by Integrating Thinking, “Reflexes, Learning and Vision Therapy” is a 3 Module course presented in on-line and face to face modes.
A 3 Module Course:
Module 1: 3 days, on-line delivery; 1 presenter. (Theoretical components)
Module 2: 3 days, face-to-face workshops; 2 presenters (Theory and Practice: screening and identifying NMSI in a VT practice).
Module 3: 2 days, face-to-face workshops; 2 presenters (Practice: Case study discussions based on your practice.)
BRISBANE delivery for face-to-face workshops is scheduled to occur later in 2021**.
